애정 없는 결혼 생활과 열정 없는 교직 생활. 이 팍팍한 현실에서 윌 선생의 유일한 안식처는 노래다. 그래서 그가 설정한, 몹시 원대한 목표 하나. 해체 직전의 오합지졸 합창단을 초특급 스타 클럽으로 탈바꿈시키는 거야!
